A customer who had never considered having rockboots resoled came into our shop about 6 weeks ago. Had his rockboots resoled and made a video on his thoughts about resoling rockboots. He has now very kindly sent the video and his permission to upload onto our site.

Had a pair of climbing shoes resoled, looked good initially, although they became considerably less downturned. After 5-6 sessions a small hole appeared in the upper rand and the shoes became quite baggy. Got in touch and was offered a free repair! V impressed with service, fingers crossed it won’t happen again…
